Recommended Dosage: To maximize energy stores, take one serving of Stamimax Energy Race Gel approximately 30 minutes prior to exercise, along with water. You can squeeze the contents of the tube directly into your mouth or dissolve in a glass of water.

Endurance: To ensure optimal energy supply during prolonged exercise, up to 6 servings of Stamimax Energy Race Gel should be taken within each hour. Remember to drink adequate amounts of water.
