Nutritional supplement WHEY 100 PURE - flavoured whey concentrate, with vitamin complex and sweeteners.
Serving size: 10g = 2 tablespoons = 1 scoop / 200 ml water.
Recommended daily dose: For one serving, mix 25g = 3 scoops (approx. 3 tablespoons) into 200 ml of water. Depending on protein delivery requirements, take 1-4 servings throughout the day, preferably 1 hour prior to athletic performance.
