Return of goods
According to the law, the customer must, on the basis of Act no. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection when selling goods or providing services on the basis of a contract concluded at a distance or a contract concluded outside the seller's premises and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as "the Law") according to the provisions of § 7 et seq. the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
§ 9 of the Act states: The seller is not obliged to reimburse higher postage if the consumer has explicitly chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the seller.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING GOODS:

2. Goods must be sent unworn in original packaging with original labels and undamaged, including gift items
3. Fill out the online return form 👈.
4. We ask you to carefully check the filled-in data, especially the account number for the refund of the amount for the returned goods.
5. You will be informed about the receipt of the package by email and the amount for the returned goods will be sent to your account within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
6. The method of transport for returning goods is optional.
